ELB on the Road: A Day Full of Puzzles, Fun and Team Spirit
19.10.2026
Last week, it was that time again: our annual company outing was here – and the day had everything you could wish for in a great team day: fantastic weather, challenging tasks, lots of laughter and, of course, a healthy dose of competition.
We kicked things off with a delicious breakfast at @Gaumentanz, where we had the chance to enjoy a relaxed start to the day and fuel up for everything that lay ahead.
Afterwards, we headed to Stuttgart with @Kappus Reisen. A big thank you to our driver for getting us safely and comfortably to our destination and back again.
Our first highlight in Stuttgart was an exciting outdoor escape room organized by Stadterlebnisse.de. During this team-building event, Stuttgart city centre became our playing field. Working in teams, we had to find specific photo spots, solve tricky puzzles and figure out the right way to reach our destination. Team spirit, creativity, communication and collaborative problem-solving were key. Above all, though, the focus was on having fun together and enjoying the day as a team.
After putting our minds to work, it was time to get active: at @Bowling, four teams competed against each other. A good eye and skill were essential, but a little bit of luck also came in handy – along with plenty of enthusiastic support from our teammates!
To round off the day, a proper awards ceremony was a must. The winning teams were presented with certificates and trophies and had every reason to celebrate their success.
What remains are many great memories, lots of good vibes and the realization that stepping outside our everyday work environment always reveals new sides of our team.
A huge thank you to everyone who made this fantastic company outing and team event possible and contributed to such a successful day – especially @Gaumentanz, @Kappus Reisen, @Stadterlebnisse.de and @Bowling-Möhringen.
Experiences like these strengthen team spirit, create lasting shared memories and remind us how valuable personal connections are beyond our everyday work.
And now, it’s time to look forward to our next shared highlight: the winter party.
