Shaping the Future Together: Our Contribution to the HERM Innovation Network

We are part of the HERM Innovation Network, an innovation network funded by the Central Innovation Program for SMEs (ZIM) that focuses on high-performance and recyclable electric machines.
HERM brings together 18 partners from industry, universities, and research institutions and covers a broad technological spectrum—from high-performance materials and thermal management to ceramic insulation concepts, circular design, and modern repair technologies.
The network’s strength lies in the close integration of scientific depth and industrial applicability. The goal is to jointly develop new solutions for efficient, durable, and sustainable electric machines.
We contribute our expertise in surface technology to the network and look forward to professional exchange, new partnerships, and the joint development of future-oriented projects.
