ELB on Tour – A Day in Rutesheim

Our company outing to Rutesheim had everything a great team day needs: a calm start, plenty of laughter, and activities that brought everyone together in their own way.
We kicked things off with a relaxed breakfast at Trölsch in Leonberg. Strong coffee, fresh pastries, and the first conversations of the day set the tone. Even the bus ride turned into a warm-up event of its own, thanks to our cheerful driver from Kappus Reisen.
When we arrived at the Rutesheim adventure park, a light morning fog still hung over the grounds — but it didn’t last long. After the first team games, the atmosphere shifted completely. Cheering, small challenges, and motivated groups created the kind of energy you can only get outside the office.
Afterwards, everyone had the chance to choose their own pace: climbing, archery, mini golf, or simply enjoying relaxed conversations and the surroundings. The BBQ buffet later on brought everyone back together — good food, easy laughs, and that satisfying feeling that the day was exactly what we needed.
By the afternoon, a comfortable tiredness set in, the kind you only feel after a day well spent with your colleagues, away from routines and deadlines.
A big thank you to everyone who made this day possible. Moments like these show what a team is truly made of — and they’ve definitely sparked excitement for our next highlight: the winter celebration.
