Last week in Köln, ELB received the five-star award: „Arbeitgeber der Zukunft “, given by Germany´s largest business magazine DUP UNTERNEHMER and the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitization DIND.

After a great welcome at the Volksbühne am Rudolfplatz, the event was full of interesting insider talks and expert panel interviews, ending with a networking evening where we could exchange words and ideas with other attendees.
This recognition distinguishes a valuable contribution to the identification, motivation, and loyalty of our employees, as it also confirms the modern, digital, and innovative working conditions we provide as an employer.
